Executive Director

Ahmad Shakib Sakhizadeh

I believe we at CARD-F hold a sacred and holy duty which is serving humanity by facilitating the transfer of gifts (development grants), from donors to the needy people of Afghanistan in a transparent, accountable and responsible manner. I am very proud to be working with a team which has the capacity, integrity and competence to fulfill this mission in the best possible manner.  I personally believe that integrity, honesty and passion to serve are just as important as possessing academic qualifications.  Without them, qualification is just a title which is used to show off.
